    8/5 - under calorie by 50 had lazy day
    8/6 - biked for 130 mins + strength training + 500 crunches + 80 (each leg) leg lifts going to hurt bad tomorrow
    8/7 - Biked 30 mins + 30 calf raises + 300 Crunches + 80 (each leg) leg lifts + strength training + 50 lunges each leg + 15 push ups + 2 min knee highs + 50 scissors + lower ab lifts
    8/8 - 80 leg lifts(each leg) + 20 squats + 50 lunges + 300 crunches + 40 scissors
    8/9- knee highs then rest
    8/10 - 61 min bike + knee highs + 20 jumping jacks + 100 crunches + butterflies + 30 squats + 30 sec plank + 15 push ups + 20 tricep dips + 40 arm circles + 30 mountain climbers
