First challenge today

OK, girls, since we are all logged in here, let's do this! ;)

This afternoon, I am suggesting that we all do at least a 30-minutes workout session. It can be anything: walking, training, jogging, taking the stairs, cleaning the house, crunches, jumping jacks, etc. :D

Don't forget to eat a healthy dinner - proteins, veggies - and drink at least 500 ml of water! And last, but not least, try to sleep 7-8 hours tonight.
