Finally getting started.

I've been a bit lazy in trying to gain some weight and getting the body that people are envious of. Finally decided to get it into gear. I'm currently 146 pounds and 5'10. I'm going to do this without a gym membership. I'm not a noob when it comes to fitness. How many skinny people have had decent luck so far?

Gaining weight, especially if your goal is to gain some muscle is not easy. You need to be consistent and focused. Take eating very seriously especially if you maintain or lose weight easily. Track your intake on here, make sure you are hitting your goals (calories first, then macros), keep track of your weight, get your workouts in and make sure you are following an adequate program where you are progressing with time. Oh and have lots of patience.3
