    3 mile dog walk and lots of spring cleaning activity that ended with me planting a Jasmine vine. Got Larry off to England this afternoon, I will join him next Thursday. Until then, it’s just me and the puppies

    It's been very cold and wet here in North Yorkshire, and I admit that I am waiting for the weather to warm a little and the ground to dry out before I wipe the cobwebs off my bike. This coming weekend has potential, overcast and 6 degrees Celsius but the ground will be muddy. hmm, maybe, maybe not.... Perhaps I just need to commit.

    Food was on point and tracked. I ate what I tracked. No exercise yet do to injury....Today (Thurs) I took the day off and am going to the pool to do some gentle swimming and see how it goes.
