Thanks to everyone who volunteered and participated in the March Living the Lifestyle (LTL) thread. Spring's a comin' (or so they say) and with it, different challenges and opportunities for weight management. If you get and / or share ideas from the LTL thread; if it helps you along the way, please help out by taking responsibility for posing the LTL question for one of the weekdays each week in April.

LOL! I need the activity points for all tire changes!
I like doing LTL/giving back to the community that has given me so much. It also keeps me mentally engaged (even if I sometimes forget to circle back and answer my own question.)
GOAD is the best.1 -
