Which MCT oil

I'm trying to figure out whether to try MCT oil and which is the best one? From what I can gather 100% coconut and no palm pil is the best. Would love to hear other experiences.

Everyone I've heard talking about it say the brand doesn't particularly matter. I've used two different brands and didn't see any notable differences.

what about mct powder ? I use the one from bulk powders - btw that is also where I buy my sugar free syrups

I LOVE Quest MCT Oil. It is really creamy so it is perfect for coffee and I add it to my chia puddings.

I use a tablespoon of powdered mct in my bullet proof coffee
