Lunch
Cooked Cabbage - Cabbage, 1 cup 65
Yukon Gold - Potato, 5.3 oz (1 potato) 110
Hannaford's [local to New England] Chix Sausage - Italian Style, 114 g 140
Sweet cream - Unsalted Butter, 1 tbsp 100
Vinegar - Apple Cider - Gv, 2 Tbsp (15ml) 0
Sweet Tarts Rope - Candy, 0.75 rope 90
____I started the shredded cabbage in water and steamed in for 5 min, w/ a fat T of caraway seeds shaken on top. I put the 6 chicken sausage on top and steamed it for 5 min longer while I nuked a potato. Vinegar, s/p and 1T butter and lunch was served. 505 calories and VERY satisfying for my main meal of the day. Thanks for letting me share.
