    Up .6 after getting a little lazy and underestimating points. Still on a good roll

    +0.6, Still in the zone.
    With summer on the horizon I may move my zone down about 5 pounds, tune up the bike (cast iron Schwinn) and pedal my way down.

    @GennaroC2 You're obviously practicing for maintenance :) Staying the same is good!

    For those you gained a little, convert the pounds into ounces -- .6 = 9.6 ounces. Less than a bottle of water.

    Hang in there team GOAD--these are totally manageable gains / blips. And I'm right there with @beachwoman2006 , @GennaroC2 . I know the "plateaus" can be frustrating but that's the life once you reach goal. It beats gaining by a long shot!
