Is there a way to calc net carb in MyFitnessPal? I can set the macro, but it calc the gross carb and doesn't subtract the fiber, which looks like I'm over.

You can use one of the scripts in this link:
    http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10057456/so-which-is-it-total-carbs-or-net-carbs

or just go to settings and in "diary settings" delete "sugar" and add "fiber" then mentally subtract fiber from carbs and you'll have net carbs.

Or scroll down a couple of threads and read the one about carbs/net carbs.

For the most part, the answer is:

Yes, if you are using a PC.

No, if you are using the app.

The easiest scripts to add for the PC are above...as are the easiest "quick" ways to do it yourself.

Note: you can NEVER have negative carbs. So if you subtract fiber from something, and it's negative or insanely lower than you know it should be, that entry or listing is likely already listed as net carbs... Use common sense with this. :)
