    Did you use a phone emoji? they don't play well with the forums, they cut off everything after you've posted, if it doesn't post in full you just need to edit the existing post using the little cog

    Not a huge loss by any means but, I'll take it. The sodium I had last night should be gone in a day or so - so next week should be better.

    Well, I've officially gotten my appetite back from my previous illness. I've also not been sleeping the greatest this week, so I've been eating way too much and been in this "I don't care" funk. But, happy to report that I'm back to caring. I have a newer reason to reach my goals, too - my husband turns 40 this August & I want to be at a healthy BMI for his birthday. So that gives me 4 months to get to 145lbs (-20lbs). Definitely doable! Let's do this!

    Its shark week and I went nuts last night on chocolate bars, chocolate milk and garlic toast. I know the toast doesn't mix with the chocolate, it was earlier in the day with a double serving of eggplant parmesean. LOL. Anyway, this is all water bloat and by next week I'll be back to a loss.     Overall Loss from 1/12/16: 33.1lbs

    Nothing much to add to this except water weight seems to be fluctuating a lot with the increased intensity of my rows and returning to jogging. Fluctuated between 218 & 221 most of the week.

    I found a great bathing suit and feel not horrible in it! yay!

    I have been really inconsistent for the past month or so, drinking a few days a week and not working out other than at least 15000 steps a day. . .but getting back to it starting , uhm , now, I guess.
