I got into the kids' candy this year, and once I get started it's hard to stop. I swear, chocolate is cursed.
I don't even want to admit what my BG has been the last couple of days. Embarrassing!
Mt goal today is a walk and getting my snacking back under control. Yikes! I haven't done this in a couple of years.
I'm glad I feel gross - it will make it easier to stop.
