Confession

So I have a confession to make. I have not done any RI30 in about 4 days, but I do have a good excuse. I had to visit the doctor and he told me I was pushing myself too hard and to slow down. My body is just not used to being pushed so much. So I think now that I have had a good break. I will do RI30 every other day, alternating with some good cardio, like running or Zumba. And perhaps add in some weight training in between and a break day. But I am definitely not giving up, this is just a minor set back and I am planning on getting back into my routine tomorrow. :)

    its razy I was aboutto pos almost same thing exept excuse part lol don't feel bad haven't done it in 1-2 days9cant even remember) lol I have done other things though but im definitely doing it today my reason is I really gta start doing it in the morning I get up at 6:30 but its to get ready I watch 5 kids I including my 3 month old I know a lot of kids lol its just until sept though but I get drained but still managing what I do is when younger 3 go down for naps I do zumba with the 2 older ones so its working but I will get back on rip in 30 put the extra days in at the end so itll take me 4 weeks and 4 days if I don't miss anymore but you do it in moderation doctors orders ;)
