5 days in, hows everyone feeling? did you not get any training in over the weekend? maybe not the best eating?

I actually weighed myself this morning and found out I had gained However, I stayed under my calories so I'm hoping I'm just retaining water! Thanks for the encouraging words! I definitely needed it.0

I started on the 1st of August with an horrendous day! Totally off plan. I have however managed to regain control, kept up with exercise and am actually looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow - one week complete!
The trick for me is not to write-off a day when I have had one bad meal, or one bad snack. There are plenty of changes I can do to still stay on track and limit the damage. Rome wasn't built in a day, and I doubt it was lost in one, either!0 -
Joined this group, and thankfully I did. Like usual, I was about to say "well, there's always September to start." Then, I remembered this group. Which the voice in my head screamed "no, you will start now!" So, even with a sick day and little exercise, I'm giving it all I have for this challenge. Good luck everyone!

Just had a long holiday weekend, babysat my granddaughter for a couple of days. We had a great time but I wasn't homemuch to cook so there was a lot of eating out. Sodium seems to had done a number on me. I'm up a tad but I'm sure it's water ... I'll not give in yet. Hope everyone has a great day.0

Great so far-down 1 lb! WooHoo! I'm following Bob Harper's Skinny Rules and it seems to be working. I hired a trainer to beat me up at the gym, and my arms are so sore I can barely type! I signed up for 8 sessions, that should get me back in the swing of things. I'm gonna wear those cute blue capris in the back of my closet THIS MONTH!!0

Been pretty much on track so far. today was a bottomless pit day but my choices were relatively healthy. i'm debating weighing myself tomorrow but may just do it Saturday, which is my typical dday.0
