Has anyone tried using Hungryroot on the 5:2 plan? I just signed up today to try their Starter Pack. It's one of those boxed meal subscriptions. All their items are vegan and gluten free, and most are under 300 calories per serving. I'm thinking this should work well with 5:2. Anyone tried that...or any of the pre-planned meal delivery services before?

Nope, can't say I have heard of it.
I have used mostly low calorie recipes via Pinterest on the web. Also there are a few bloggers that specialize in lower calorie type meals. Skinnytaste is one that comes to mind quickly.
I meal prep on the weekends so I have meals for the week to access easily.
Once you get in to the groove, you can make the same choices on Light days as everything will already be in MFP.
    Good luck. :)

Very few rules with 5:2. Basically eat at a normal calorie level 5 days a week, eat 500-600 calories 2 days a week. The rest is up to you. My own personal rule it to eat food that are nutrionally rich so that I am well fueled. So whether you use this service or not is totally up to you. And welcome to 5:2 @joflo723!
