Dropping weight but fat % remains the same

I find that I am slowing dropping weight about 1-2lb pounds a week but my fat percentage remains High, its just not shifting. Don't know what to do to get my body to start burning fat especially around my tummy. Any suggestions?

Are you doing any kind of strength training? This can really help change body composition by adding lean muscle which should reduce your fat percentage and tone up problem areas.1

May I ask what you are using to calculate your fat percentage? Maybe it isn't accurate.0
