Anyone have advice on how I can keep my cals appropriately low enough while getting enough fat? I'm trying to make sure I'm not just eating butter and cheese with no veggies, but it's still difficult. My BMR is only around 1800, so that means I need to be around 1300. Not much with fat being 9/cals gram. Thanks!

I normally just put a high fat low carb sauce on everything to get my fat. Salads, burgers, steaks, veggies...all go good with a great sauce. That helps me. Butter in my coffee in the morning helps since coffee is only 1 cal.

I am on 1290 calories a day (5% carbs - 75% fat - 30% protein) and I find it hard to get my fat% ... I have trouble sticking to the protein as I find it easy to get to total%. I must admit I end up using mct powder in coffee, omelets, and keto chocolate shakes. (I have completely gone off coconut oil)

    20% protein not 30% sorry
  • I am always just a little low on my macros. So it says I have 20-30g of fat still and 10-20g left for the day, but my percentages are always really close to spot on. 5-20-75. Oh and I'm aiming to stay under 1500

I am a little low on mine sometimes, but try to keep the percentages right. I'm also trying to not stress the calories quite as much--some days I'm under, some I'm a little over--as long as my macros are okay, I don't stress it.
