I’ve been looking at meal plans to help those recover from BED and this is the one I liked the best and thought I would share.

It follows the rule of three. Eat three meals and 2 to 3 snacks a day every 3 hours. Meals are to include a serving from at least 3 food groups. Lunch and dinner include a “fun” food. Snacks include a serving of one or two food groups. I read that people with binge eating disorder are not supposed to put themselves on a diet because it initiates the very cycle they are trying to stop. Deprivation/dieting then binging then guilt then back to deprivation/dieting again. By initially usually a meal plan it establishes regular eating habits and prevents hunger and helps stop the binge cycle. Once binging has ended natural weight loss will follow. I hope this helps it is the one I am using along with mfp to make sure I get at least 1500 to 1800 calories a day and all the right macronutrients.
