I've recently got back the motivation to exercise, I mainly run or kickboxing for cardio and yoga for strength.

I, also, recently got back into watching my diet. It was on and off the first part of the year. But, some time ago I found Jillian Michaels "Ripped in 30" meal plan and love it. It keeps my protein intake up and my fat intake down.

Nothing to get excited about or gripe about, I'm just checking in. This is the first time since I restarted that I've gotten excited about MFP.
