Hey Everyone!

Let's stay on track guys! I had a horrible weekend, but I am determined to keep on track and get some exercise in today!

    I did not have the best weekend either.. Woke up early this morning and burnt 535 calories to help make up for it. Just keep it clean this week, and burn off whatever excess was eaten :)

    I didn't done well this weekend. I always have a hard time on the weekends but I'll try really hard this week to make up for it.
