Hey so I was just wondering what people are setting their carb percentage at daily (under your goals)? I’m trying to lose weight, not maintain my weight.

Plug your stats into MFP for a loss and follow the calories. Adjust your macro to the percent that most closely matched the GRAMS of carbs you decide upon. <50 is usually considered keto. <150 is generally considered low carb.
I lost my weight via low carb around 128 grams. Then did a year of keto at 20 grams, a year at 50 grams and just recently upped them to 75 grams. As long as I'm not face first in plate of pasta or a bowl of ice cream I should be fine. We'll see...3 -
Here are some macro calculators that you can use to play with in order to figure out your macros.

Your macro percentage depends on your carb goal and total calories. For example, 50 g of carbs would be 200 kcal. If your calorie total is about 1200, then the carb macro would be just over 15%. If your calorie total is 2600, then the macro percentage is around 7%.0 -
Mine is set at 15%, which equates to 51 carbs for me.0

Mine is at 25% (101g) but that's for my strength training days, I add an entry for 71 carbs to bring it down to 30g on rest days.0

I have mine set at 13% (45g), and I’m still in weight losing mode as well.0
