Here's my Session 2 Good Form Running Feedback. I'm totally overstriding but much stronger in the core.

Yeah a bit of overstriding but your foot strike looks good. Overall posture looks pretty good too.

That's really cool! How was your experience working with Coach's Eye? Does the personal analysis cost more? I am so jealous of your foot strike -- I'm still fighting my heel strike.

Way cute skirt!!! But I digress, that should not be the focus here...Although I can't help saying that you look great! You look strong and graceful. I would love an evaluation like that. Thanks for sharing it. It makes me so curious about what I would see. I may have to stake out my kids along the road and put their iPhones to work. Do they have you warm up first with a bit of a run, or do you just take off and do it?

So how does it work? Do you submit the video to a website?

Aww. You are all so sweet!

This was a live coaching session that was videotaped by the coach on an iPad. She used Coach's eye to provide feedback and post the videos online. HOWEVER, based on this, I don't see why somebody couldn't do form analysis online.

We did a little warm up jog before doing the videos and she was having me do drills and providing coaching during the session. The hill running videos were the "afters" once she provided tips on how to do it.

And I do love that skirt (Athleta Swagger). I'm so happy that there are so many pretty, feminine options for runners now-a-days. My current favorite piece of bling is "Sweaty Bands" so cute and really effective at both controlling hair and keeping sweat out of your face. I need to get three or four more :)

BTW, my coach said that she really didn't get into running until the iPod took off. Running with music is just that much easier. I'd wondered about that myself.
