CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WEEK 3 WINNER @brunchowl.

AND TO TEAM GUTBUSTERS FOR TAKING 1ST PLACE IN WEEK 3 AND FOR THE SECOND WEEK IN A ROW!
Congratulations to our top 5 this week who all managed better than 2% loss (@brunchowl. @primekayprime. @IanMoone30. @drea2011. @MiltonBuddy. ). Weight loss is never consistent, and it's encouraging to see a big drop, but it's best to stay consistent around 1% over multiple weeks.
Overall, the teams did a great job and lost a total combined 55.8 lbs!!

Well done to all still in the competition. Consistency is the key to weight loss and weight management.
Irrespective of what the teams are doing, the most important person in a team is you. You only really have control over what you do. After all it is your health and goals is what you are doing this for. The team helps, for some, provide extra motivation.
Going back to teams, although Gutbusters have had two great weeks, they still have not made up the ground to catch The Big Butt Theory or Run Track Minds. Still one week to go though.
