    Yes sometimes you need to hit that stretch receptor to get that switch to work! Sometimes it's that I do need extra calories It might be because I am woman! LOL!

    LOL. Yes. I suppose that's true for the young ladies. I'm female too but only vaguely remember those days. I'm far beyond the years of female hormones coming into play. And to be clear, I don't increase calories. I just eat l high volume. 100 calories in salad vegetables vs an itty bitty ounce of cheese.
