hi im jessica and im on day 2 no cigarettes... with help from the nicotine patch i havent yet killed anyone LOL... i have tried and failed in the past .... but i look back at those attempts and realize i never wanted to quit ... it was for money or a boyfriend.... this time it was me and only me that decided i don't want to smoke anymore.... it also helps that there are several people in my family that have been quit for just over a year now so moral support at home i hope will help!!! looking forward to being able to breathe!!!!:happy:
