    Exercise yes, 10 min quigong, 17 min Leslie Sansone, 17 min strength training(done back to back so I guess that counts), 28 min yoga with Lesley fightmaster on you tube, 120 min cleaning

    Yes..cardio 20 min and Ab circuits 20 min.  Evening bike 1.5 hr

    Biking was so enjoyable today.  Weather was gorgeous and music was great.

    nope I missed it today - forgot to put something in the food journal - so I'm over my calorie budget...taking a pass day today

    Yes. 3 mile walk with the dog

    Yes. Over 100 cal gap

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
    Yes

    Lazy morning and missed workout but made sure to get a longer walk in this evening
