I consider my two consequences/options. Do the exercise I’ve chosen for the day and feel empowered OR not and feel like I messed up for the day. Just do it! It always wins.8 -

Have you tried a waist leash? I use one for my Staffie when I walk the Wetlands on my own, frees up my hands

Today I legitimately had PASS DAY 1.
My dad has been rehabbing with his stroke and fainted during therapy. They transferred him to the ER and kept him overnight at the local hospital and were monitoring his heart to make sure he had no other events. Went and visited him last night, and he's still his old farmer feisty self. Hopefully, he can get back to rehab soon. AND I stress/relief ate last night because of it.
