    Day Two!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep! Today was “Lower Body Strength and Stamina” which combined heavy lifting (deadlifts), super sets, and as many rounds as possible of sweat inducing circuit training. :)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I stayed under and even treated myself to my last homemade roasted cherry almond milk frozen pops and a homemade gluten-free peanut butter cookie.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
