Getting enough sleep is often hard to do. Nonetheless, if you want to lose weight, make sure you get enough sleep.

I have already decided to do piyo but do something different in 8 weeks. It is amazing how your body adjusts. I had knee surgery when I was 18 . Piyo reminds me about it. There is only 2 of us in the class so it's like a private class. Thank goodness for small favors. Lol5

I spent much my day with an old, dear friend. We caught up over drinks and dinner, and I really don’t regret going over on my calories today with her (even though I know I would have still had a good time had I eaten more moderately). Oh well, no regrets! Onward and upward!
Good job to everyone so far!
Sounds like a well used pass day to me! We all need to unwind now and then and it sounds like it was a lovely time spent with a old friend. I'm sure the rest of the month will be a positive one for you.May 1

I’m just relieved to not be the only one starting with a pass day. It was just a cruddy day, hoping for better days & better choices moving forward!
We all have days like this, I've been there myself, so don't feel bad about it.
Like you said, keep moving forward and tomorrow is a whole new day.

A great start to a new month everyone, so glad to be back here. I see some familiar faces and some new ones. I look forward to making new friends and reading your triumphs and failures (we all have them now and then).
Good luck everyone and have a great month.7 -

This is embarrassing but I’m already using a pass day . I was at a conference but then some coworkers I hadn’t seen in a while wanted to go out, and I got lazy and was sucked into a sea of cookies. I’m holding out my other ones in case I need them when I’m home for Mother’s Day but I’m hoping to avoid using them. Really hopeful I can succeed this month?!

Yes x 3 today - our very first no-jacket day! Short sleeves all the way. I spent a couple of hours spoiling one of our horses who is recovering from a hoof injury, then did a good long workout and walked around outside with a stunned look on my face as the sun shone. And no hot soup! Two salad meals today. Happy.9

Yes x3 today! Tracked everything, under my calories, and took a nice walk with my baby in stroller still kind of resting my body after running a half-marathon on Saturday, but tomorrow I plan on getting back into my normal exercise routine!
Good job everyone!!5 -
Pass day 1 -- the only thing I didn't go was exercise. Ran a LOT of errands and was too tired to mow lawn. By the time I was finished with things for the night, it was storming outside and I could not walk outside and was too tired to get to the gym.
