Amazed I've not really put on weight this week. A hot (well hot for the UK) bank hol weekend meant the BBQ and ice creams came out

Well I am definitely taking this as a win, I drank and ate a lot over the weekend whilst I was in London, but got a lot of walking in, didn't log anything and both trend/actual weight are both down - woo hoo! Yay for changes in attitude.3 -

I'm up 2lbs after being in a funk the majority of the week. I weighed more, earlier in the week. Now, on to my next goal of 154 by June 4! My sister-in-law is getting married on June 9, so I'm hoping to be in a smaller size dress!2 -

I'm really having a hard time with this lately. Part of me is saying "give up, give in to temptation". The other part of me is saying "you've lost all this weight keep going!" I'm having a lot of anxiety about my trip overseas on Wednesday. The only time I've ever been out of the country was to Jamaica. That was an hour and a half plane ride. I'm super excited about it, but I just can't help my emotions and, as many of us on MFP, I eat my emotions.3 -

You'll be fine, go enjoy yourself worst case scenario you gain a bit (you will retain water from eating differently and air travel anyway) even if you gain a couple of pounds of fat that is easily shifted in a couple of weeks. You'll enjoy your holiday a lot more if you try and find a middle ground - you'll be walking more whilst exploring and eat til you're full but not stuffed. WAVE as you pass over Cork!0 -
