Macro percentages for south beach diet

Hey, I'm trying to get an idea of what macros percentages everyone is having? I'm coming off of the ketogenic diet in preference of the South Beach Diet Phase 1 because I feel like keto is a little too carb restrictive. I feel like I need to be able to eat at least beans and legumes, which are not keto friendly. If you've been tracking for a while and you have a base for macros percentages, I would be interested in what they are.

    I would say my macros end up around the 40p/30f/30c mark. I eat a lot of vegetables.
    Others who are doing phase 2 (I hover between 1 and 2 naturally) probably have more like 40c. But then, the south beach diet isn't a low carb diet, per se, but rather a SLOW carb diet.

    Percentages of protein, fat and carbs. But this is just where I end up. South Beach doesn't focus on percentages or grams of macros.
