AND TO TEAM FLAB-U-LESS FOR TAKING 1ST PLACE IN WEEK 4!!
Congratulations to our top individuals this week who all managed better than 2% loss (@jamesfamily4. @MelsLeanDream. @HASWLRS. @drea2011. @murdog3t. @MaelynMayhem. @bisonpitcher ). Weight loss is never consistent, and it's encouraging to see a big drop, but it's best to stay consistent around 1% over multiple weeks.
Overall, the teams did a great job and lost a total combined 84.5 lbs!!
