4days of staff luncheons was far too much for me to handle. I am definitely not free to choose food yet. And then heartburn to boot. Well back on track now. This journey far from easy at my age. And habits. So back in the saddle now. How are your journeys going?

    Picking yourself up and carrying on is the most important part, otherwise, time goes by and no progress at all.

    My Journey is actually fun these days, I get to eat fabulous foods, and I will have my one year anniversary of maintenance on the 22nd of May.

    Stickies are the topics that stay at the top of our group's home page. They are also called announcements, but most groups put topics of wide interest there not just announcements, so they are generally called stickies by most MFPers.
