Vegetarian, low carb?

First, thank you for the add.
I'm a post menopausal vegetarian who has gradually gained about 15 to 20 lbs since the outset of menopause. After a lot of experimentation (and a ton of denial), I've concluded that I need to change my macros to stave off cravings and reduce my weight.
I've been a vegetarian for over 30 years, I do eat dairy.
If anyone else has a similar profile, I'd love to hear from them either via this forum or through friending!
Thanks!

Welcome!
There have been several active vegetarian low carbers on the forum. It’s definitely doable.
While I am not vegetarian, I have been dabbling with reducing meat on low carb. There are some great recipes out there!0 -
These are the links I have in the Launch Pad.
I'm open for others to add if you all have come across them.

I am not vegetarian nor vegan but I do eat a lot of vegetarian and vegan meals since the wife is vegan. Vegetarian seems a little easier to do if you eat dairy and eggs. Vegan can be challenging so you just need to become an avid food label reader and realize there are just more carbs associated with those foods although there are plenty of low carb options. I really have to be careful of added sugars and typically look at net carbs when preparing those meals.1
