total wipe out starting at Easter....fell off the sweets and food wagon...plagued by numerous tendonitis problem ...sooooo....back to mindful eating.
1.Lose 4 lbs gained since Easter
2.Lose the diet coke habit....such an addiction
3. Alive and well for Atlantic Ocean Triathalon

    @barbhat13 oh yeah me too plus the diet coke. Oh man do I love diet coke I do well untill I start up then It is hard for me to stop.

    Daughter asked me to go shopping with her. :/ I ended up spending my Xmas gift money on her instead of myself. This is why my family prefers to give me a gift so I don't spend it on others. Oh well she needed it.

    Congrats!!! I feel very tired lately. I actually feel exhausted and have massive bruises all over my body not sure what is going on.

    Goal 3. Done! a good race yesterday..open water swim in the Atlantic followed by 15mile bike ride and 5k run
    Alive and Well and a smidge faster

    Goal1: on vacation with long distance driving so ate out last 4 days and late night snacks from vending machine....so gained 2 more lbs.Enough!
    plan to log daily, drop the diet coke habit which fuels my sweet tooth, mindfulness when eating out. log each meal to be.mindful of total calories per meal.
    Onward to back on track!

    Vacation with Twin 1 to see his grandmother in Virginia: Done, averaged 3500 steps/day.
    Graduation from Navy boot camp in IL for Twin 2: Done, averaged 5000 steps per day, that included mowing the lawn right before we left, and immediately upon our return! Lots on Sat when we were hanging out with him at the airport for 12 hours!
    Grocery shopping for enough meals for 2 for the week: Done
    Bedroom remodel: Commencing! We're planning to paint both bedrooms, move Twin 2 to the smaller room with a new full size bed, and move my queen into the larger room.

    I came home after eating too many restaurant meals down half a pound! We walked so much in IL, that I'm still tired! It's a good restart with the pact to eat at home with Twin 1...

    Working on getting blood work done. Was going to do it the other day but my parents called and asked me to come over early to meet the guy on the roof to look at the chimney. Knew I couldn't fast and get up on the roof so hopefully this week.. I probably am anemic now people are commenting how pale I look.

    medical issues here
    1. broken molar and can't get into for tooth extraction for 2 weeks...good news....no diet coke over a week now due to nerve pain with cold stuff....
    2. skin biopsy on shoulder positive for skin cancer so expecting surgery in derm office tomorrow and no swimming for a month...
    trying to eat better....less eating out but not logging well.. lost 2 lbs that i gained

    yahoo! no surgery needed for skin cancer. the biopsy last month was sufficent. yahoo!

    My blood work came back REALLY bad.Doctor called and said ok what are you doing different from last year. I said I took up PIYO and it's kicking my butt. He goes you need to do your walking and swimming like you use to and stop the piyo. You are creating way too much creatine . They are going to give me a few weeks and we retest and go from there.
