Challenge Week 6 - Plank Redux

Ok, I admit planking didn't go so well for me last time but let's give it another shot.
Its spring and I think it is pretty easier to get in cardio now that the weather has improved for most of us, but if you're like me, the strength training might start getting neglected.
Since I'm late starting this challenge, it will run until next Wednesday. Have a wonderful week!
