Fat Season is Coming

So summer is coming to and end. For many of us labor day will be our last chance to show our lean beach bodies, while for others relief of not having to wear t-shirts at swim parties is finally over.
Before we go back into "Fat Season" or fall let's share some goals or strategies we can put in place to prevent having to lose progress during the cooler months.
Here are my two.
1. Even though I am trying to add muscle does not mean I have to get fat to do so. 2 lbs of weight gain per month is good enough
2. No matter how big my upper or lower body get, I plan to do enough cardio to stay at a 32" waist year around.
LET'S NOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEW YEAR TO MAKE RESOLUTIONS. WHAT STRATEGIES DO YOU PLAN TO USE TO KEEP UP YOUR PROGRESS OVER COOLER MONTHS....?

My goal for the upcoming season is to stay consistent.
I will consistently eat better ( as clean as possible) and I will continue to be active. ( For me that means Zumba, body pump, Insanity and then Focus T25 and also running around with my kid).
These are not resolutions for me as I do not see an end, This is now my lifestyle. I look forward to learning more and getting better this season.0 -
