Upcoming business trip - advice?

Hey! I am just entering week three of a primarily ketogenic diet, and have had some really great scale and NS victories so far. Mostly, I just love eating clean. I love the feeling of being satisfied with smaller portions, and I've noticed I naturally fall into an 18:6 IF pattern. I've lost 10.4 lbs in two weeks and I even allowed myself to enjoy a couple of beers when a friend was in town this past week. TL;DR: so far, so good.

However, I have a work trip to NY coming up (Monday through Thursday), and I could really use some advice from folks who travel frequently. I will be flying to White Plains, NY, and staying at a hotel right next to my office. I won't have my own vehicle and it looks like there are very few dining options nearby, never mind grocery stores. I'll basically be right in the middle of a stretch of corporate offices and hotels.

I know I'll be going to dinner with my team a few times, and that doesn't worry me, as I know enough to research the restaurant/menu prior to going. However, any suggestions on foods to pack or other ways to keep eating clean when living out of a suitcase for a few days? I'm not sure what delivery service is like in WP; I'm sure there are some options.

Thanks!

Mozzarella sticks, pepperoni, beef jerky, pork rinds and pumpkin seeds are my go to when traveling for work.

I just went through a stretch where I was traveling about 2 full weeks a month for a couple months for work where I was in all day meetings with lunch being brought in. Of course it was the standard crap of pizza or sandwiches on most days.

Like you, I tend to fall into IF pretty naturally just eating lunch and dinner. However, for these trips, I would eat breakfast at the hotel because they typically had good options like bacon and eggs and sausage, and did I mention BACON?!?!?

Anyway, I would eat a fairly substantial breakfast with a bit more protein than I normally would and then not eat until dinner. I find the slightly higher protein intake made it very easy to go from breakfast to dinner without any hunger.

I also had the work dinners, but, like you said, those are easier because I can always find something on a menu that I can eat even if I have to slightly modify it.

Sunflower seeds, beef jerky, tuna pouches, maybe a couple of avocados that aren't too ripe, cheese sticks, make some pepperoni chips for some crunch

The good nuts (Walnuts, Pecans, Macadamias) mini tuna cans/pouches, cheese & pepperoni. If your hotel room has a minifridge - pre-hardboiled/pickled eggs, celery sticks, zucchini coins/sticks with dips. If you have a coffeemaker in the room that's not a pod type - powdered boullion/bone broth - just put a plain pot of water through and make broth in a cup.
