Ill get this started off with my first fresh Northern Pike fillets! slowly sauteed in butter and bacon fat. Just yesterday these were swimming in a cold Minnesota lake, til I caught em! :)tn0et8v53rsx.jpg

    It appears we eat similarly only mine is fresh Atlantic fish off the coast of North Carolina. Not sure what this is. My favorites are triggerfish, tilefish, barrelfish, cobia, tripletail, dogfish, sheepshead, seabass, Vermillion snapper, etc. The side is fresh kale with onions and mushrooms.
