Ok.. so smoking is like just sitting all day... How to break it up when u can really leave your desk for very long?

Sorry for the late reply. I take as many breaks as I can (we get at least 2 15 minute breaks plus lunch break) and walk laps in our building on my breaks. Depending on your building's set up you can walk laps or stairs or go outside to walk when the weather is nice. On those days you can't get up hardly at all I have seen that there are exercises you can do in a small area like a cubicle. If you google cubicle or office workout I'm sure there are tons of ideas!0
