I did get a chance to work with seals lots which I really enjoyed. Benefits of working weekends!
I also put some plans down on paper. Mostly things I already know work but I haven't been doing them properly and the scale is creeping up again.
Monday is off day for working weekend. I have rehab for my ankle (hoping for permission to start getting back to Jiu Jitsu), yoga and meal prep planned for the day.
I'm in for July but there will be at least one pass weekend! It's my 40th birthday and I love celebrating birthdays.
