Very happy with this, little gain despite my seaside hol last week. Kept logging on MFP but lots of guess work needed both for eating out and for exercise/steps due to technical probs with MFP not synching with Fitbit (seems ongoing). Now I'm back, back on it hopefully start losing again!3 -

Well stayed the same. Not much to say, least its not a gain! Going to be a tough weekend, have wedding to attend today and am at a music festival all day tomorrow, so no doubt my weekend will be food and drink filled. If I manage to stay the same again next week I'll be pleased!3 -

I have been having a hard time for weeks staying w/in my daily calorie goal so on Wednesday I changed my weight loss goal from 1lb/week to .5/week figured this would not only help with hunger but, w/my mind.3 -

All week, I've been "stuck" at 157. I've been exercising, but it's making me hungrier and then I'm eating back my burned calories. I'm keeping my goal of being at a healthy BMI for my husband's birthday in August, and now that I know what I'm doing "wrong", I'm going to make some changes this week.1 -

@MegansMom2011 remember the bigger picture, you're nearly 4lbs down on last month, so you're not doing anything "wrong"1
