Weight loss starting to slow down this week, hopefully due to PMS bloat rather than plateux. Time will tell.

I was on holiday last week so unable to weigh myself. It was an active hillwalking holiday but there were a few three course meals had over the week so I'm OK with a maintain :)

I've been sick this week and no exercise, so not surprised by this gain. I weighed more earlier this week, so hopefully now that I'm feeling better, I'll be able to get back on track again with my running. Tomorrow's my sister-in-law's wedding, and while I haven't made goal of 154, I'm not majorly behind. I still have my bigger goal of being at a healthy BMI (145) for my husband's birthday in August. Just keep staying focused!

Gain of 4.4lbs. I have been struggling and gaining weight. I went to the Dr yesterday and he challenged me to see my fitbit report when I go back in 5 weeks, plus he wants to see my weight drop. I feel good. I was so worried he was going to go in on me about my weight/BMI but he acknowledged my accomplishments and is challenging me because he knows I'm struggling.

Don't forget to bear in mind you'd have had to do some serious over-eating for that to be fat gain in a week, you're talking eating your entire calorie deficit back and then another 2250 per day on top of that, you're likely just experiencing some water weight swings.

I can see from the table I fill in for the progress reports that every few weeks you have an upwards swing/maintain and then drop a few pounds, it's likely just the point in your cycle for you.
