Recipes for lower calorie keto/LC/HP recipes?

I have been clicking through the recipe links on this board (thank you!!) and also enjoying my two keto cookbooks, Wicked Keto and Simply Keto. The one issue I keep running into is that the recipes are often very high calorie, and when I make them, I’m usually eating 1/2 portion at most. My daily goal is below 1400 calories (I don’t eat back exercise calories) and 20 net carbs a day. I’m also more interested in high protein recipes with veggies than your typical ketoer. If anyone knows of a recipe blog or collection that doesn’t assume you’re either only eating 1-2 times a day (not doing IF) or that you can lose on a lot more calories than I can, would love suggestions!

Google dairy free and grain free paleo recipes. Many paleo recipes are fine on a keto eating plans. Cutting out grains and dairy is the quickest way to cut the calories way back. Are you petite, if not you probably need more than 1400 calories.
I personally don't count calories anymore. It is more important to keep myself stress free than calorie free, YMMV.
I like www.ruledme.com and www.ditchthecarbs.com/recipes/ for the variety. I stay away from www.sugarfreemom.com/ it is all geared to replacing SAD carbage with keto junk foods, IMHO.0 -
