I was avoiding doing work reading and skimming through Kindle Unlimited. I came across "What the Fat" and decided to give it a quick read.
The motto they live by: Low carb, healthy fat
A quick, fun read. Might be a good one for family members or friends who just don't get it.

I think low carb healthy fat should be what LCHF stands for. It would clear up confusion for many.

That is what I told my doctor, I'm eating low carb, healthy fats. Her definition of a healthy fat might be different from mine, but I am not pointing that out to her. She responded "sounds like a Mediterranean diet, it seems to be working for you, so keep it up. "
And it is sort of Mediterranean, it just think some saturated fats are healthy and I make my own bread and pastas without grains, so yeah, it could be called a keto Mediterranean diet. I do eat a lot of leafy veggies, fish, grilled meats, lots of olive oil, and hard cheeses.2
