Every day?

I'm starting C25K today as it's always been a dream of mine since middle school to be able to run. Usually I give up within a day or two but not this time.
My question is, to the people who are more familiar with the program, should I be doing it every day? Or is it okay if I only do it 4-5 times a week? Will the results suffer?
I also do strength training, yoga, parkour training (focusing on calisthenics right now), etc, so I'm not sure if I should be running every day on top of that, especially on days that are already filled with cardio.
Thanks to anyone who can offer advice.

The C25k program is set up to be run three days a week. At a maximum, I'd say every other day (4 days one week and 3 the next). Resting is as important as running for gains.
Even if your focus was on running, cross training would still be important. But I strongly suggest that you get one *full* rest day a week.0 -
I run Monday Wednesday Friday...but exercise of some form 5-6 days a week. I try and spread out my cardio so I am doing any other cardio mostly on the days that I don't run.0

Three days a week is perfect for my schedule actually, thanks!0
