We meet here to explore, share, celebrate, and (sometimes) agonize over how we do (or don't) incorporate weight loss guidelines into our daily lives. "It's a lifestyle, not a diet" is easily and often said, but sometimes not so simply put into practice.

How do you enjoy Holidays with food?

    For me Holidays are the same as any other day. I do like the picnic style lunch. Today Steak on the George Foremen Dw's homemade tuna mac. salad, bake beans

    Thanksgiving? Usually. Memorial Day etc? Not really.

    We thought we were home free, until Sunday morning. Our daughter invited us for Monday. Way too much food, and way too many beers. We'll see how my recuperative powers are on this short week. (Friday weigh-in)
