Question about vegetable juice

I just don't get the vegetables by eating. I know I should add more to my diet, it just doesn't happen. I have been calculating a cup of kale, cucumber and a cup of spinach got 10 g. of carbs already. But does a juice made of it got the same amount of carbs?

Does that count net carbs (carbs-fiber)? I'm guessing that is net carbs. Approximately 3 servings I about what I get every day. I'm not really sure why you are needing more veggies if you are hitting your macros. I found this link that says it would remove the fiber count (http://www.marksdailyapple.com/vegetable-juicing-g-bombs-blood-sugar-and-hot-workouts/#axzz2bDNYA3tG) so it would no longer have the net carb factor I guess. This seems like it would be the opposite of what you are wanting.0
