How long have you /did you stay on induction phase? Do you lose faster if you stay on induction longer than 2 weeks? How much weight do you lose each week?

Following the diet guidelines, I stayed on induction for 2 years since I had a lot to lose. Once I got close to my last 30, I started to move on.

70 days, which just came to an end this past Saturday night (8/3/13). As soon as my vacation is over at the end of next week I'll be going right back into Induction until the end of September, at which point I'll transition to the OWL phase.

Yes, Induction will generally keep you at the "fastest" level of weight loss, but even then it won't be as dramatic as the first two weeks. I was averaging between 3.5 lbs lost / week at a true Induction level.

I can't imagine doing two years of Induction, as I am nowhere near as strong as ProgressNotPerfection. Wow, that's dedication! For whatever they're worth, my compliments to you, that's hard core!

I have been on induction now for 3 months, now down 62 pounds, I still have over 100 pounds to lose, I am just cruising along, happy with the amount of food, and I have created some pretty tasty close to zero carb recipies that i enjoy

I stayed at Induction levels for 10 months. I'm back to Induction now to lose my last 18 - 20 lbs.
