Hubs made this yesterday. With coconut oil instead of milk, and with riced cauliflower instead of rice. It was fabulous. And would be great with salmon.

    that looks wonderful but 58 carbs I barely eat 15 a day so can't eat that LOL I actually like tofu too . I use to make baked tofu cut into fries and covered in olive oil , sooo good , taste like fries for real .

    58 carbs with WHITE RICE. As mentioned we made it with cauliflower rice, which has 5.
