June 9: My last weekend and as a friend said ....all of them will be weekends from now on.
Thank you ladies for your sweet comments. I have a great team and honestly think we are the best working group in our school I will miss them but I look forward to my new adventure. Oh, the places I will go and the things I look forward to doing.

Adding 2 miles half from Boot Camp laps. Today's fun was being in groups and doing moves according to what card we pulled from the decks we had. Suits had reps and jokers meant all groups stopped and did ten burpees. And of course all four groups found all their jokers and we did eighty burpees. It wasn't pretty at the end. But fun

It doesn't seem like it's been 5 days but with an IRS audit tomorrow, I'm lucky to remember what day it is. I guess a nice side effect of the stress is the power walking I'm doing to try to drain the nervous energy. Added another 21 miles for a June total of 55 miles.
Working really hard to find time to get in here every day or two. Hope everyone is having a great week.2 -
What "Old Fart"?? Old people can't move their @ss like you do!!! & I really do not have energy to bottle but I do have DRIVE! For me it is mainly MIND over MATTER!!! Get er done come hell or high water!! LOL
I haven't been on for almost a week but I have been moving. I started a 6 am conditioning class & that is going well! Did 9.50 miles of walking, 5.25 JOGGING (yay me, haven't run outside for about a year 3 yesterday & 2.25 today!) and 4.75 from ex bike. I should be a little more down the road but between mowing, gardening, watering & house stuff its been a little busy! You ALL know what I'm saying! LOL
