    Well I guess updating every 4 days is better than never, right? It's been a couple of challenging days at work. Ever throw a party and no one shows up? I had that happen Wednesday except it was an online training class and the only people there were me, my boss, her boss and, of course, her boss too. Still not sure when it will be rescheduled.

    Added 18.75 miles for a June total of 93 miles. That includes 6.25 miles from Wednesday, after the class was canceled I headed out for a long walk (stomp??) along the bike trail even if it was 90+ and threatening thunderstorms.
